How do I know the puja was actually performed for me?
Transparency is our foundation. For every puja, the priest performs a 'Sankalpa' (ritual vow) explicitly stating your name and Gotra. We provide you with a short video clip or photo of this Sankalpa as proof of performance. For pujas with prasad, you will also receive the blessed items via courier.
What if I don't know my Gotra?
Do not worry. It is very common. If you are unsure of your Gotra, you can simply leave the field blank. The priest can use your name for the Sankalpa or use a universal Gotra (like Kashyap Gotra) on your behalf, which is a widely accepted practice.
Can I request a puja for a specific date, like my birthday or an anniversary?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find a date picker to select your desired date. We will perform the puja on that day. For specific auspicious timings (muhurat), please contact us after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is the process after I place an order?
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team will then schedule your puja with the appropriate priest. We will notify you of the confirmed date and time. After the puja is performed, we will send you the photo/video proof within 24-48 hours.
