At Puja Darshan, we are committed to providing authentic and dedicated puja services. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the unique nature of our offerings, which consist of both spiritual services and physical प्रसाद (Prasad).
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Puja Services (The Spiritual Ritual)
A “Puja Service” refers to the ritual itself, performed by our priests on your behalf.
- Non-Refundable Nature: Once a puja has been performed (Anushthan has been completed) with the Sankalpa taken in your name, the service is considered rendered and is strictly non-refundable. The energy and resources dedicated to the ritual cannot be retracted.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation by You: You may cancel your puja booking for a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as our priests have already begun preparations (procuring materials, scheduling time, etc.). To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@pujadarshan.com with your order number.
- Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we are unable to perform a puja due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of either rescheduling the puja for a later date or receiving a 100% full refund.
- Incorrect Information: It is the devotee’s responsibility to provide the correct name, Gotra, and other details for the Sankalpa. We are not liable for refunds if incorrect information was provided at the time of booking.
2. Physical Prasad (The Blessed Offering)
“Prasad” refers to the physical items (such as Vibhuti, Raksha Sutra, dried flowers, etc.) that are shipped to you after the puja is completed.
- Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- We take great care in packaging and shipping your Prasad. However, if you receive items that are damaged in transit or are incorrect (not what was promised for the ritual), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
- To be eligible for a replacement, please email us at support@pujadarshan.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Once verified, we will happily reship the correct Prasad to you at no additional cost. Due to the sacred and perishable nature of these items, we do not require you to ship the original package back to us.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Because Prasad items are blessed, perishable, and for personal spiritual use, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or error on our part. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving the Prasad.
3. Refund Processing
- If your refund request is approved (for a cancelled puja or as per our discretion), the refund will be processed promptly.
- The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, digital wallet, etc.).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary between banks and payment gateways.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company. There is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pujadarshan.com.
